Return Policy

For the protection of all customers, items returned to Nigosian Rug Company for credit are subject to inspection and must be shipped back to Nigosian Rug Company within 10 days of reaching your home.

A 10% Restock fee will apply to each rug returned for the normal wear of the item(s) appearance, and for standard re-stocking of the item.

Damaged, stained or soiled items cannot be returned. If a rug is damaged or altered in any way beyond its initial appearance, we fully reserve the right to refuse the returned and will ship the damaged item back to you.

Credits on purchase price only (no shipping and handling refunds).

Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
